I am having my first experience with your firm after ordering a large flat screen TV from Dell for the holidays. Wow! I want in on the IPO. You guys rock. A couple of personal comments on the experience - scalability on the call center to meet demand and reduce wait time on hold. Invest in rail (do a capital raise or form a strategic alliance with a rail operator to keep your vulnerability to fuel costs under control) and it looks like you're expanding your B2B sales staff - this is good; hire the best. I had never heard of your firm but your concept is fabulous and your niche is gold. If you can deliver on the promises at a reasonable margin, you're a home run and I want a piece of the deal. Keep up the great work.
